Its another day at the train station.
Well i have a habit of not wanting to squeeze into trains and would rather wait for the next, hoping that it will be less crowded. Thus while everyone rushes and tries to find a spot in the train, i will stand against the wall (trying to avoid being pushed by them) and as the train moves off, i find a spot beside doors (of coz behind the yellow lines).
A bunch of teenage guys then walks to my direction. One of them held his handphone in his hands, with music blasting off at high volumes. Not everyone appreciates the same music as they do, but guess we have to tolerate with that. Its not a crime afterall.
Then came this mum and her daughter. They stopped and stood against the wall behind me. The mum then started telling her daughter what a nuisance the guys were and their parents didnt teach them well, blah blah blah.
The train approaches the station. Guess what this 'perfect mum' did? She walked right in front of me! Yes! she cut the queue! I was like. WHAT THE. All the talk about importance of parents educating their children just minutes ago???? What a 'perfect role model' she is for her daughter and she blames other parents for the way their kid behaves...
Yes, parents are responsible for their kids but shouldnt they be setting good examples for them as well??? Wouldnt that be a more effective method rather than all empty talk?
A Very Special 11 Nov 2016 to Look Forward To...
