WORNed

A customer just left our shop. She brought a pair of soft shoes, saying that her daughter has only worn it once for a half hour class, and the sole came off due to the threads wearing off (and she insisted on her story)

Not only us at the store found it ridiculous, but also an instructor who happened to be here. It is obvious that the shoes have been worn a few times, or worn outside studio flooring. The rough surface of concrete floors/carpet wears out the threads fast.

Mum refused to exchange for a new pair of shoes as requested, choosing to refund customer instead. Customer got mad, saying that she is a christian and she can swear to god that she is speaking the truth... blah blah blah.
SO WHAT!!!. Not that i dont believe in gods, but i dont see the need in bringing up topics of religion during arguements. And what has it got to do with a pair of spoit shoes???
