Happi Bday

On sunday, we went for picnic at Botanic gardens for a 'surprise' gathering for Michael and hubby. There for an hour and the dark clouds came in. We decided to pack some of our stuffs incase we had to run for shelter. Poor Chinese Orchestra group had only played their first song, when we decided to go. The rain poured soon. While waiting at the visitors centre, we bumped into Meiling Nachos and baby Carla. What a small world.

We later adjoured to Urban Pooch, which is a dog friendly cafe at balestier. Along with Carrot cake, Tsui Gui, Baos, Tidbits....So many cute doggies there...Husky, Maltese etc. There is even a big white fluffy dog which guat nicknamed snow white. Cant remember what's the breed name, but its some kind of alaskian dog. Groomer told us it took her at least an hour to blow dry the dog's fur! Dont think i will have that kind of patience man.

Oh. I got myself a new phone. LG Viewty. 2nd day with the phone. So far so good, just had to get used to a touchscreen phone. But 1 stupid thing though. Set my hp to silent mode when i went to bed last nite, this morning the morning alarm went off in silent mode as well! whats good with a silent alarm???dont remember having this problem with my previous phone. Sighz

Today, on my way to the train station. There is this pharmacy at the basement with a snack shelf outside the store. Saw a uncle behaving suspiciously at the shelf. Next thing i knew, he walked past me with an opened packet and eating it. Feeling amiss, i went to the store and asked the cashier auntie if the uncle paid for the snack. And she had no idea about the whole incident at all. Told her that she better keep an eye on the shelves, which are hard to, for its impossible for her to see anything when she is behind the cashier.

Then in the MRT, i saw an old man giving up his seat to an older man. While all the young and abled people sat comfly in their seats. They should be ashamed of themselves. Sighz
