password???

Argh.

Wanted to book tickets from GV on sunday. Then I realised that i have forgotten the member's login password. Tried a few, and all error messages came back.
So i submitted a online form requesting for a new password. I am supposed to recieve an email within 15 mins. 15 mins pass by and no email. So i tried submitting another requesting. 15 mins go by. Still no email!

Monday I sent an email in, telling them the situation. Today is Saturday! and still no reply.
What the...
Lousy system and lousy customer service.
