Free???

Our shop makes shoes/clothes pouches with leftover fabrics, which we give to customers when they buy expensive shoes or a few clothing items. I try to tell them that its free, and we don't always have it. What designs of fabric will depend on what leftover fabric we have and also if we have the time to sew them up.

But what happens now is that...
People are demanding for the free pouches. And if i dont give it to them, I am in the wrong. What the...!!! And if i give 1, they expect another 1. Argh

A customer of mine asked for 1, saying that she has bought a pair of the cheapest shoes that i have. I explained that they come in plastic pouches (and her expression is that i cant differentiate between a plastic pouch and our fabric pouch izzit).  Anyway I gave her 1, then she asked for another, saying that she has bought 2 pairs of shoes. I told her i cant give her anymore. Her daughter accepted my answer. But the mum refused to give up. We do not give free fabric pouches with those purchases. And for me to give 1 is already 'against the rule' and she expects another. Then she wants to buy a pouch, which we refuse as well. For we have never intended to sell those pouches, and never will. In the end she left our shop mad, and even scolded her daughter, who had earlier tried to intercept and telling her that its ok without the pouch.
