Ugly...

Just came back from the washroom. 

The way a Sg Man (in his 40s) spoked to 2 tourists (a couple) shocked and disgusted me.

Sg chased the tourists and asked them to go back to the washroom counter. Pointed to the sign and asked them to pay 10cents each. Didnt see what happened after i entered the washroom, but when i left, I saw the Tourist guy holding his wallet. Sg repeated '20 cents, 10 for boy, 10 for girl'. Seems like the tourists speak little english with his puzzled look (or was he too shocked by the incident?). But what Sg said next was rude. ' You think what. Dont 'gege' and never pay for using the toilet. Must pay for things in Sg. No Money then don't come to Sg.'. 

Though the tourists may be in the wrong for not paying, Sg man's last sentence was way too harsh. I stood there, feeling bad for not able to help the tourists. And terribly embarrassed to be a Singaporean...
